Heather’s journey began in her teens at a private golf club, where she discovered an early appreciation for event planning and building relationships through service and hospitality. She quickly advanced and was later recruited by a renowned event company to lead sales and marketing, helping significantly grow the event business and strengthen its presence in the community. She continued to build on her success by joining Oz Hospitality Group. Serving as an Account Executive for both organizations, she managed an extensive portfolio of accounts and continued to build client relationships. At Oz, she went on to assume greater leadership responsibilities, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing events across multiple venues and properties from Palm Beach to New York City.

Heather’s ability to build trusted relationships while balancing production and operational demands paved the way for her to venture out on her own, opening new opportunities beyond event planning.
